Byrrh is one of those ingredients that hasn't hit the big time in the cocktail world-- yet. It's a lovely ingredient that should be used more often. Going back to my fan days of The Simpsons, I couldn't not use the name "Byrrh Me." I hope you enjoy it.
1.5oz gin (Beefeater London Dry)
dash Fernet Branca
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over a big, clear ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
